Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour1 c. sugar1/2 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. cinnamon6tbsp. liquid 100% egg whites3/4 c. unsweetened applesauce1 tsp. vanilla1 tbsp. peanut butter1 c. mashed bananas (2 bananas)**Feel free to add pineapple, strawberry, anything else you'd like.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. In another bowl, add liquid egg whites, sugar, vanilla, and unsweetened applesauce. Then stir in the mashed bananas. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, and stir until combined. Pour mixture into a bread pan, and bake for 55 minutes.
