Penne & Shrimp

Ingredients
2 TB Olive Oil1 cup dry penne pasta3 cloves crushed garlic6 oz frozen shrimp (unthawed)6 oz can drained Black Olives (small)1 box Green Giant sugar snap peas (no sauce)1 can Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ garlic basil & oregano
Directions
Preheat oven 450. Pour oil into 3 qt. dutch oven.Coat the sides and some on the lid. Toss in uncooked pasta and toss to coat. In a bowl, separate shrimp and toss with garlic. Place shrimp in even layer over pasta. Layer drained olives next. Spread tomatoes with juice over evenly. Top with snap peas. Cover and bake in oven 45 minutes. Serves 5.
