Ingredients
1/4 Cup- Greek plain yogurt2 teaspoons- white vinegar1 teaspoon- fresh dill or 1/4 teaspoon dried dill1/2 - 1- thinly sliced cucumber1/3 - 1/2 thinly sliced and chopped red onion1/2 cup- chopped plum tomato 5oz- cooked shredded or diced chicken or turkey
Directions
in a medium bowl combine yogurt, vinegar, dill. Add cucumber, red onion and tomato. mix in poultry & toss gently to coat.
