Strawberry-Banana w/ Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup Whey Protein powder1 cup of soy OR almond milk1 banana1 cup frozen strawberries1 spoon brown sugar or turbinado sugar (better)
Directions
Add the cup of milk (one only, either soy or almond milk) to the blender.

Add the medium or small banana and blend for about 15-20 seconds.

Add the cup of frozen strawberries and the protein powder and blend until smooth.

Drink and enjoy.

Brown sugar is optional, it is only for more sweetness.

If you see that the smoothie is too thick then add a little bit more of milk or use less frozen strawberries.



Serving Size: makes 1 20 oz. cup or 2 10 oz cup.
