Crockpot Lentil Soup

Ingredients
2.5 c. red lentils1.5 T olive oil1 medium onion, chopped1 t. ground cumin1 t. ground tumeric1 t. ground coriander2 T. lemon juice6 c. low sodium chicken broth
Directions
Saute onion in oil, add to slow cooker along with other ingredients. Cook on high for 1 hour, then reduce to low and cook for another 5-6 hours.
