PERFECTED Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese (1%)4 powdered egg whites (2 tbsp)1/4 cup torani/davinci sugar free almond syrup (OR 1 tsp almond extract and some stevia)1/4 cup water (if using extract and not syrup, increase water to 1/2 cup)1/4 tsp apple pie spice, or spice of choice
Directions
In a blender combine cottage cheese, egg whites, syrup/water/flavorings until smooth. Pour into a bowl and stir in oats.
Preheat nonstick skillet to medium heat. Cook pancakes 1/4 cup batter-full at a time, flipping after approximately 1 minute per side.
Plate your pancakes and enjoy the ensuing deliciousness!
