Ingredients
6 oz top sirloin steak2 Tbsp sun dried tomato (not in oil)1 oz Light Feta Cheese1 Articoke heart (not in oil)2 Tbsp fresh basil2 Tbsp greek oregano
Directions
- butterfly the sirloin steak.
- chop tomato and artichoke
- finely chop oregano and basil
- combine tomato, artichoke, basil and oregano
- stuff Steak with mixture.
- grill to preferred temp
- crumble 1 oz feta cheese over steak and serve
