Garlic Butter Shrimp over Penne

Shrimp - Approx. 40 Medium shrimp - Raw, deveined without tails3 Tbsp Butter6 Cloves of Garlic - minced or grated6 Tbsp Cooking Sherry6 Tbsp Parsley1 Box of Barilla Plus Penne
Begin cooking pasta per directions on box.
In another pan, melt the butter and mince (or grate) the garlic into the pan. When the butter is melted, add the shrimp. Cook until the shrimp is pink. Add the Cooking Sherry and parsley and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Serve over the Penne Pasta. I like to toss the Shrimp mixture into the pasta to make sure all of the pasta is coated.
