Chocolate Chip Banana Oatmeal Muffin

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1 cup oats1 egg1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1/3 cup brown sugar2 mashed rip bananas1/4 cup skim milk1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Either spray muffin tin with cooking spray or place cupcake liners in the cups.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips.
3. Once ingredients are combined, stir in chocolate chips.
4. Pour into prepared muffin tin. Bake for 15 minutes.
