Reuben Hot Pockets

2 c. Original Bisquick Mix1/2 c. Boiling Water1/2 c. Sauerkraut, Drained2 tbsp. Thousand Island Dressing1 c. Cooked Ground Turkey Sausage1 c. Shredded Swiss Cheese1 Egg, Beaten1 tsp. Caraway Seed
Heat over to 375 degrees.
In a medium bowl, stir Bisquick Mix and boiling water until dough forms.
Roll out on floured surface and cut 12 31/2" circles and set aside.
In another small bowl mix sauerkraut and dressing.
For each sandwich place about 1 tbsp of the cooked turkey in center. Then About another tbsp of the sauerkraut mixture then sprinkle with cheese. Place another round circle on top. Gentle press down and with tines of fork seal completely around. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Brush with egg and sprinkle with seeds.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden in color.
