Homemade Vegan Ice Cream

Ingredients
3 medium or 2 large frozen, unsweetened strawberries1 banana, frozen, sliced1 teaspoon soy milk (or almond/coconut/rice milk)1 sweet cherry, fresh
Directions
Put the first 3 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. I had to keep pushing it off the sides with a spatula. Place it in a bowl and top with the cherry.
