Mix dijon mustard with veganaise. Spread on brown rice tortilla. Add cheese, lettuce, sprouts, tomatoes...wrap, burrito style. Place in hot non-stick pan...lightly grill on each side to secure tortilla edges. Serve.**Substitute your favorite 2% cheese if you can't find vegetable yogurt cheese. One slice of yogurt cheese is 100 calories...adjust accordingly.**
