Beef Broth 4 cupsLentils 1 cup dryBrown Rice 1 cup dryStewed Tomatoes 15 oz Garlic Powder 2 tbspSalt 2 tspBlack Pepper 1.5 tbsp approx.Cream Cheese 1 cupFrozen Corn 1 cup Frozen Peas 1 cupwater 2 cupRed Onion 1 cup
chop onion and throw everything except cream cheese in a big pot together bring to a boil and cover turn down to low let simmer for an hour or until rice and lentils are tender. when done stir in cream cheese

This is excellent!! I had to substitute beef broth for vegetable broth(because that's what was in the cabinet) Almost had a flavor of potato soup!!!
