2/3 cup water3 Tbsp buttermilk powder1/2 cup non fat Kraft mayo1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp dried dill weed1 Tbsp dried parsley1/4 tsp ground black pepper1 Tbsp cider vinegar1/2 tsp xanthan gum
Add the water, buttermilk powder, spices, herbs and vinegar and stir.
When the seasonings are well mixed in with the liquid ingredients, whisk in the xanthan gum and stir for a minute or so. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours for best flavor.
Serving Size: Makes 12 servings--2 Tablespoons per ounce
