couscous sweet pepper salad

Ingredients
plain couscoussweet peppers- 6 red orange and yellow type3 oz. feta cheesecucumber 1/2 english typeonion- 1/8 cupolive oil 3 tbsplemon juice 2 tbsptomatoes- 2 med. size
Directions
Cook plain couscous as directed.
All other ingredients except for goat cheese, chop together finely. Pour over couscous and chill for 4 hours. Add cheese to serve.
