Biggest Loser Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
6 egg whites1 cup rolled oats, dry1 cup cottage cheese2 tsp sugar1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor. Heat a griddle or large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. For each pancake pour 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle. Flip when they start to bubble. Cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batches, spraying the griddle as needed. Makes 10-12 pancakes.

    I've made them according to recipe as well as using whole eggs and honey for the sweetener (1teaspoon). These are great! I bet if you took out the cinnamon and add it in salt and some garlic powder you could use them as a bun alternative . - 3/9/16
