1/2 cup canola oil1/2 cup brown sugar (not packed)1 Cup unsweetened applesauce1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 cup raisins (not packed)
Directions
1. Mix in order as listed
2. Do not over beat
3. Spoon into reased muffin tins.\
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 19 minutes.
