Garlic Roasted Potatoes and Carrots

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil2 teaspoons garlic salt1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon seasoned salt1/2 teaspoon black pepper2 medium potatoes (any variety)Baby Carrots (100 grams)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray roasting pan with non-stick spray. Coat Carrots and Potatoes in Olive Oil. Toss with seasonings. Roast covered for about an hour or until vegetables are tender.
