1 box silken lite firm tofu1/2 cup cocoa powder (I used 6 tbsp regular, 2 tbsp dark)1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, vanilla1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup Davinci or Torani sugar-free Cookie Dough flavored syrupoptional: vanilla/chocolate stevia, crumbled cookies for topping
Puree all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth. Sweeten to taste (if you need any extra; the sugar free syrup is SWEET). Refrigerate and serve COLD for best taste (can pre-fridge the silken tofu to speed up this process).
