Crispy Smashed Cauliflower

Cauliflower, raw, 2 cup (remove) Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup (remove) Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove) Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
Steam cauliflower until soft. Lay on baking sheet and smash each piece with a fork. Crush the garlic cloves and microwave with butter until the butter is melted. Brush onto cauliflower pieces, sprinkle with parmesan and bake at 400 for 20 minutes until crispy. Add parsley or other herb if desired.
