2 Chicken Breast5 Baby bella Mushrooms12 oz bertolli Vodka sauce8 oz Bertolli Mushroom Alfredo1/4 cup Frozen Onion mix1 cup Almond Milk Plain3 tbs Plain 0% Chobani Greek Yogurt13.25 oz Whole Grain Linguine BarillaItalian herb seasoning for tasteCrushed Red Pepper for taste
Cut up breast and season
Cut up mushroom and saute, add onion mix and cook through
Add breast and cook through
Add both sauces and heat through
Add Almond milk and yogurt and warm through. Season with italian herbs and crushed red pepper for added flavor.
Cook pasta al dente and add drained pasta to sauce. Stir to combine and let sit for a few minutes
