Set oven at the lowest available temperature. Puree vegetables in food processor,then press water out through a sieve 'til as dry as possible. Green beans and spinach may be used for part of the cup of broccoli. Put in a large mixing bowl. Mix egg replacer in 3 tablespoons water and add. Add all other ingredients. Mix thoroughly with an electric mixer. Spread thinly on 2 sprayed baking sheets and score with a knife to make 80 squares. Bake at the lowest possible temperature until completely dried.
