2 egg omlette with ham, broc, olives, tomatoes, coby jack cheese

Ingredients
2 large egg1 Slice diced Kirkland Low Fat Ham 1/4 cup of Cooked Broccolie (diced very small)1 serving of diced Black Olives 1/8 cup diced red tomatoe 1/8 cup diced yellow onion1 once Coby Jack Cheese
Directions
Dice up all the incredients except the eggs and cheese.
Scramble the eggs in a 10oz stoneware bowl.
mix in the diced ingredients into the scrambled eggs.
Place the cheese on the top of your mixture in the bowl.
Place in middle of microwave for 2 minuts on high or until egg is cooked and cheese is melted
