Ingredients
1 tbsp Canola Oil1/4 Cup chopped onion1 Cup chopped green bell pepper4 Large russet potatoes (cubed)4 Cups waterSalt to taste
Directions
Stir fry chopped onion and bell pepper in saucepan, wait until they're both soft and tender
Add potatoes, brown them
Add water and salt to taste
