Shelley's kinda' healthy choc-chip pancakes

Ingredients
2.5 c Bob's Red Mill Oat Flour0.5 tbs baking powder1.0 tsp salt1/3 c stevia0.5 c unsweetened applesauce4.0 egg whites1.5 c almond milk0.5 c choc chips
Directions
mix first four ingredients (dry). mix in next three ingredients (wet). add choc chips. drop aprox. 1/3c of batter onto non-stick griddle and cook until done.

Serving Size: makes about 25 'mini pancakes' aprox. 40 calories each
