Gluten free Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
Ingredients:*Pasta, gluten-free-DeBoles Corn pasta, 10 oz Butter, salted, .33 stick Milk, nonfat, 2 cup Rice flour, white, .25 cup Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2 cup, shredded salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions and set aside.
Melt butter in large sauce pan, add rice flour and make a roux. add milk and bring to a simmer. Add cheese and continue to stir until cheese is melted. Add cooked pasta and stir making sure you coat all the pasta. Turn out to a baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake in 400 oven for 20 minutes
