Directions
Make Pork Filling the day before- use leftovers to make these enchiladas
drizzle enchilada sauce on bottom of pan-enough to wet. shred 6 corn tortillas
layer pork filling layer another 6 shredded corn tortillas and drizzle the rest of the sauce over top.
bake 350 about 30 min. till warmed through
