grilled, boneless, skinless chicken breastsmall red onionmini dill pickle ( or relish)real mayonnaise (full fat )saltpepper
Directions
using leftover grilled chicken (or grill it), shred or cut into small pieces. place in bowl.
chop up one small, red onion. place in bowl.
chop up one small (mini) dill pickle (0r use relish). Place in bow.
add 4 mayo to bowl
salt and pepper to taste
mix
enjoy
