5 good cloves of Garlic4 large onions4 cups of beef brotholive oilbalsamic vinigar
Add olive oil and sautee garlic, when it gets light brown add in your chopped onions. Sutee mixture until onions are carmelized. Add beef broth and cook down for another 10 minutes. Add 2 Tablespoons of Balsamic vinigar.
Salt and pepper to taste.
When done add croutons or cheese at you own risk. Nutritional info does not include the cheese or croutons.
