Lemon Poppy Chicken

Ingredients
3 Tblsp olive oil2 bnls sknls chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces20 grams flour (for coating)zest and juice of 1 lemonsalt and pepper1 cup chicken broth2 Tblsp poppy seeds2 Tblsp butter2 cloves garlic
Directions
Put olive oil in large skillet, on medium high.
Coat chicken with flour, add to skillet with lemon zest salt and pepper. Brown chicken, stirring occasionally for 8 to 10 minutes. Add chicken broth . Once the broth is hot add butter and poppy seeds. Grate in the garlic. Stir until the butter has melted and sauce has thickened a bit, about one minute. Turn off the heat and add the juice of 1 lemon.
Makes 4 servings.
