Ingredients
1/2 Banana1/8c. Blueberries2 oz. Orange Juice1/4c. Strawberries, pureed1/2c. Raspberries1/4c. Spinach1/2c. Yogurt, Vanilla, Fat-Free1 scoop Whey Protein, Vanilla1/2c. Water
Directions
Freeze in 1qt. zipper bag:
1/2 Banana (sliced)
1/8c. Blueberries
2 oz. Orange Juice (ice cube trays)
1/4c. Strawberries, pureed (ice cube trays)
1/2c. Raspberries
1/4c. Spinach
1/2c. Yogurt, Vanilla, Fat-Free (muffin pan)

When ready to serve:
Thaw slightly in fridge.
Add water and protein powder.
Blend.
