Broiled Salmon With Lemongrass

3 stalks lemongrass, bottom third only, finely chopped3 T soy sauce2 T peeled and coarsly chopped ginger2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced2 T fresh cilantrol, chopped finelyjuice of 1 lemon2 scallions, thinly sliced2-4 salmon fillets or steaks, 1 - 1 1/2 lbs
Combine all ingredients, except salmon. Put salmon on large platter and pour marinade over the whole fillet. Let marinate approximately 2 hours. Preheat boiler. Remove salmon from marinade and broil 15 minutes for medium, 20 minutes for well done. Serves 4 - 6.
