Paleo Fruit and Nut Bars

Ingredients
1/2 cup almond butter2 fresh bananas, mashed1 1/4 cups almonds1 1/4 cups walnuts1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes1/4 cup flax seeds2 Tbsp vanilla extract2 Tbsp honey1/4 cup chopped dried pineapple1/4 cup dried cranberries
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients and toast in a 350 oven, about 10 min. Let cool about 10 min. and pulse in a food processor until slightly chunky, not too fine. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Press mix evenly into an oiled cake pan and at 350, about 20 min or until no longer soft in the middle.

Cool on a rack completely before cutting and store in airtight container.

Serving Size: makes 12 1.5" bars
