Glaze for Triple Citrus Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
3/4 cup orange juice1/4 cup lemon juice1/4 cup lime juice1/4 cup vegetable broth2 cloves Garlic2 tbsp unpacked light brown sugar2 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp butter1 tsp fruit pectin
Directions
Mince the fresh garlic. Combine all ingredients in sauce pan. Stir as needed to prevent burning to the bottom of the pan. Bring to boil, simmer until thickened (approximately 20 minutes). Use to baste Salmon during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
