Whole Wheat Pineapple Cookies

Ingredients
2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour1/2 Cup Rolled Oats (I put them in the blender for a few seconds)1/2 Cup Wheat Germ1 Tbsp. Wheat Gluten1 Egg1/4 Cup Molasses1 Cup Sugar1 Cup Crisco
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Drop by Tblsp. onto cookie sheet and cook for 10 minutes @ 375 degrees or until done.
