Paleo shake

Ingredients
1 banana, cut into chunks and frozen overnight1 Tbsp. coconut cream1/2 C. Almond milk
Directions
1)Cut or break banana into chunks of 1" or smaller. Freeze overnight. Freeze spread out on flat sheet or container. After hard, place in baggies and can be kept in freezer for making shakes.
2) Place frozen banana chunks in blender.
3) Add Coconut Cream* and Almond milk.
4) Blend 'til smooth.

*Coconut cream - place a can of Coconut milk in the refrigerator at least overnight. Use just the solid "cream" or "butter" on the top.
