1 lb ground beef2 TBSP chopped onion3 oz chopped mushrooms1/2 cup tomato sauceclove garlic2 eggs1/2 cup mayo1/4 cup heavy cream1 TBSP Parmesan8 oz MozzarellaItalian SeasoningSalt and Pepper to taste
Brown beef, adding shrooms, onions, and garlic toward the end to saute. Add tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Meanwhile, combine the eggs, mayo, cream and half of the cheese. Add the remaining cheese to the meat mixture, and place in a pie plate. Cover with the custard mixture and bake at 350 for 35 minutes or so.
