Ingredients
Honey, 2 Tbsp.Chicken, 2 breastsPecans, 0.5 cupSpecial K or Corn Flakes, 0.5 cupLow Sodium Soy Sauce, 1 tsp.
Directions
Combine honey, soy sauce, pecans, and Special K/cornflakes in a large bowl. Rinse chicken breasts and dry with paper towel. Coat chicken on both sides with mixture. Bake for 40 minutes at 325.
