Garden Pasta Salad Gluten Free

Ingredients
16 oz pkg brown rice pasta, cooked & cooled1 large tomato, diced1/3 large red onion, diced1/3 large cucumber, diced1/3 cup olive oil1/4 cup balsamic vinegarRosemary to tasteSalt to tasteItalian Seasoning to taste4 slices cooked bacon, chopped into bitsOptions to add:Olives, halvedSausage piecesBasil
Directions
Cook & boil pasta according to directions. Do not overcook! Cool and add tomato, cucumber, oil, vinegar, spices,and cooled bacon bits. Mix.

Allow to sit & cool further in fridge for at least one hour.

Enjoy! This makes a nice summer lunch meal.
