O'brien Potato Salad

Ingredients
Potatoes O'Brien, 4 cup Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Radish, Fresh, 2 oz Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), 6 tbsp Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp Water, tap, 1 fl oz Green Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Hard Boiled Egg, 3 cup, chopped Paprika, 1 tsp Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Open bag of frozen Oreida O'brien potatoes (southern style) and put in microwavable safe bowl with about 1 Tbsp water. Cover loosely and place in microwave for approximately 7 - 10 minutes to reach desired softness of potatoes. Remove from microwave and immediately add cider vinegar. Cool and refrigerate. After potatoes are cold, add celery, radish, green onion, egg, salt & pepper, and mayo. Mix well. Sprinkle top with paprika. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
