Quinoa Salmon Burgers

Ingredients
Cook 1 cup of rinsed quinoa. Mix cooled quinoa, 3 cans of salmon (drained), quinoa, chopped chives, lemon juice, dill, and 4 eggs in a large bowl.Use a ladle to scoop out the mixture onto a metal baking sheet. "Smash" down the scoops into a patty using a spatula. Place in the freezer for a few hours. Once froze, pop them off of the baking sheet and store in zip lock bags for a quick, healthy meal.
