PEcan Maple Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
1 C whole wheat flour3/4 C rolled oats 1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/4 C apple sauce3 Tbsp maple syrup2 Tbsp butter, softened but NOT melted 1 egg1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 C chopped pecans
Directions
beat applesauce, maple syrup, butter, egg and vanilla, slowly add dry ingredients (all mixed together in separate bowl) fold in nuts. Drop onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 8-9 min or until they start to brown at 375 degrees
