Ingredients
Walnuts, 50 gramsEgg, fresh, 2 large Castor Sugar, 200 grams Butter, salted, 50 grams Promax Vanilla Powder, 50 gram(s) Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 3 tbspSalt pinch, Baking Powder, 0.5 tsp
Directions
Chop the nuts. beat all the wet ingredients together. sieve all the dry ingredients together. Add wet to dry mix well, mix in the chopped nuts. pour into a greased 20cm square tin. Cook for approx 25 mins in a 190 degree (Gas 5) oven.
