Roasted Vegetables in an oven bag

Ingredients
1-12oz bag baby carrots, fresh1 large onion, chopped7 small stalks celery, chopped1 small head green cabbage, cored and chopped1 lb parsnips, peeled and chopped6 large potatoes, chopped1 cup fresh parsley1/8 cup olive oilseason to taste
Directions
Prep all the vegetables. Place in turkey size oven bag, following directions on the bag's use. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until tender.
