Ingredients
1 cup water6 ice cubes1 serving Jay Robb Egg White Protein - Vanilla1/4 C frozen blueberries1/2 C fresh or frozen strawberriesI packet sweetner (optional)
Directions
Blend the water. Add the protein powder and blend more. Add Ice cubes and blend. Add frozen fruit and continue blending till smooth. Add sweetner (optional)
