Cheese sauce

Ingredients
1.5 cups medium cheddar cheese1.5 cups milk, 1 or 2%1/4 cup white flour3 tblspn. Butter1 tsp keen's hot mustard1/2 tsp. SaltDash black ground pepper
Directions
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour, mustard, salt & pepper. Continue whisking and add in milk gradually until sauce is smooth with no lumps.whisk in cheddar cheese until smooth and creamy. If sauce too thick, turn down heat and whisk in more milk. Serve with favorite veggies, crepes whatever.
