Ingredients
Six - Eight Lb Turkey Breast1/4 cup (approx.) Olive OilTwo Tbsp Each Chopped Fresh:RosemaryLemon ThymeSweet Basil
Directions
Wash & Pat Dry Turkey Breast.
Place Breast into Cast Iron Skillet (or equivalent for grill)
Oil Breast
Chop Fresh Herbs and Arrange on Top of Breast
Place in your Smoker Grill for Five hours.
We adjusted charcoal and smoke every Two hours maintaining Medium temperature.
