2 cups rolled oats1 medium apple, chopped into small cubes, skin on2 scoops whey protein powder4 egg whites1 cup non fat Greek yogurt6 packets of Truvia (you may want to add more if you like your baked goods sweet)2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp baking powderpinch of salt
1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare muffin tin.
2.. Place all ingredients in Kitchen Aid mixer and mix well.
3. Divide batter into 12 muffin tins and bake at 350 for 16-18 minutes.
