Grilled Asian Tofu

Ingredients
extra firm tofu1 tsp garlic1 tbsp ginger root2 tbsp sesame oil3 tbsp low sodium sou sauce1 tsp brown sugar1/8 tsp red chili paste
Directions
Drain tofu. Marinade in other ingredients for 24 hours. Remove from Marinade and pat dry. Brush lightly with olive oil. Grill over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes per side, basting now and then.

    Love this! I used Sriracha chili sauce and a couple sliced jalapenos and marinate Tofu with Mushrooms and Onions as well and skewer them all. Yum - 3/22/13
