Ingredients
Pillsbury flakey biscuitspizza sauce (2/3 of 14 oz jar)raw red onion (or white, your preference)green peppersground, browned turkey (93% lean)shredded cheese (your preference, I use Kraft Pizza Cheese)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350-375 (depending on the biscuit directions). Brown ground turkey, drain, mix with pizza sauce. Chop onion and green peppers (or whatever toppings you prefer). Place biscuits, flattened and spread apart to completely cover the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish (I usually have to break a couple apart to fill in areas). Cover with ground turkey/pizza sauce mixture, sprinkle raw veggies, sprinkle cheese. Place in oven for 30-45 minutes, depending on biscuit cooking time (peak through bottom of baking dish to see if complete). Let cool for 5 minutes, easier to cut, and ENJOY!
